How far in advance should I book my ride?

Can I set up ongoing trips for recurring treatments?
Yes! Select the "Recurring" trip type on the form and choose your scheduled days of the week (e.g. Mon-Wed-Fri for dialysis). We maintain a standing master roster so you never have to re-book each week.
What if my doctor appointment runs later than expected?
No problem. For round trips, simply have the clinic receptionist or caregiver call our dispatch line when you are in the final 15 minutes of your visit, and our nearby driver will be dispatched for pickup.
